Rates

LOW SEASON
1st Sept - 31st May excluding 19th Dec - 2nd Jan and 14th Mar - 28th Mar
GBP600.00 per week.

The prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, laundry and cleaning. All linen provided (excluding towels). The cost of part of a week will be charged pro rata.  Heating is extra but logs are provided.
 

HIGH SEASON
1st June – 30th August. 19th Dec - 2nd Jan and 14th Mar - 28th Mar.
GBP800 per week.

Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
